Each item copies five ways from the same words: bulletin, text message, slide, social caption and email. The preview beside it drops those words into a template.

Sunday focus
Welcome. We're glad you're here, extra hour and all. If you came to Trunk or Treat, it is good to see you again.
Ideas for this week
Bulletin
One box for Trunk or Treat (time, place, rain plan) and one line that worship is at the usual time Sunday, even though the clocks change.
Slides
Clocks reminder as the first slide Sunday morning, and the event slide in Saturday's stories.
Social
Post the time-change reminder on Saturday afternoon, not Sunday morning. It is too late by then.
A short "See you Saturday" note on Thursday with the weather plan.
In person
Put a small Christmas Eve invite in every treat bag. Many families start looking for a Christmas service in November.
Ready-to-use posts
Clocks fall back (social or slide)
Don't forget: clocks fall back one hour overnight Saturday (Oct 31 into Nov 1). Enjoy the extra sleep, and we'll see you Sunday at [time]!
Trunk or treat reminder (social)
This Saturday! Trunk or Treat is back! Join us [Day, Date] from [time] in the church parking lot for candy, games and decorated trunks. Free and all ages welcome. Rain plan: indoors in the fellowship hall.
Sunday invite (social)
See you Sunday! Worship at [time] at [address]. Coffee is on, kids' church is ready, and there's a seat saved for you.
Remembering loved ones (bulletin, optional)
If your church is remembering people who died this year, invite families to send a name to the office by [date]. Skip it if that is not your practice. "Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us." (Hebrews 12:1, KJV)
Christmas Eve save the date (social)
Save the date: Christmas Eve services at [times] on Thursday, Dec 24. Planning to travel? Invite your family to join us online at [link].
Plan ahead
Invite Sunday (Nov 15)
Design one card: service time, address, and "Come with me." That is the whole campaign.
Thanksgiving
Finalize the service and the food drive. The food drive post should go live next week.
Christmas Eve
Design the schedule card now: Thanksgiving, Advent if you observe it, and Christmas Eve on one small card.
Tip of the week
Schedule the time-change post now. Put the clocks reminder on Saturday at about 3 p.m. Then schedule a short "Good morning, clocks went back last night" story for Sunday at 7 a.m. Five minutes today saves a few confused early arrivals.
Product pick
Sundays like this need clear slides more than fancy ones. Our Pre-Service Announcement SlidesComing soon are the matching set for the loop, the post, and the story, when that listing is live.
